Resources and Industrial

Reeve Associates has an excellent understanding of system concepts, construction and coordination requirements. This produces clear documentation, resulting in the most appropriate system being installed at cost effective prices, with minimal variation on site.

We draw upon the multi-discipline skills and resources of the engineers who have had ongoing active roles in the design of many signature projects undertaken internationally including Europe, UK, Australia and New Zealand, including the landmark buildings listed below.

FEATURED PROJECTS

  • Watercare Laboratory

    BUILDING ENGINEER

This is a 3600m² laboratory built to bio-safety level 2.
A multinational consultancy completed the initial design, tender, and value engineering process. We were asked to provide a redesign to achieve significant savings. By using more appropriate systems we were able to make savings of $220,000 (26%).
Subsequently I have also designed the class 350 clean room for the ICP-MS
    Mechanical contract value $750,000.

  • Wilson & Horton Press Hall.

This is a very large plant for which environmental control of temperature and humidity is critical to the clients operation.
The plant utilises a central plant VAV system, the chilled water circuit uses an ammonia chiller. Humidity is controlled with steam humidifiers operating with deionised water. Due to the clients operation, redundancy was built into the main plant to allow servicing to be carried out while plant remained in operation at all times.
